This spacious vacation villa with private swimming pool and adjacent children's pool is distributed on two levels and has a garden plot of about 3000 m2, fully fenced and distributed on the four sides of the house. The outdoor area is equipped with wood-burning stove, barbecue, tables, chairs and parasol and is ideal to eat outside. The accommodation is located in Piano di Mommio, but is only 5 km from the beaches of Versilia. Other distances: 4 km Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio, 8 km Pietrasanta, 14 km Forte dei Marmi, 25 km Lucca, 27 km Pisa, 72 km Cinque Terre , 93 km da Florence. Other distances and services: 0.7 km restaurant, 0.8 km riding stable, 1 km stores of all kinds and tennis court, 2 km supermarket, 4.7 km beaches, both free and with service (Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore), 14 km golf course, 18 km thermal baths. View of the Apuan Alps from both the house and the property. The entire property consists of a fenced plot of about 5000 m2, where there is also the cottage of the owner of the house, with whom guests share only the entrance avenue.

Einfach Spitze und sehr sehr gute Erholung

Wir (5-köpfige Familie) verbrachten zwei Wochen Urlaub in diesem sensationellen Haus. Es bietet sehr viel Platz und alles was einem das Herz begehrt. Im Garten lässt sich schön Ball, Tischtennis und vieles mehr spielen, der Pool verfügt über eine sehr gute Größe und es lässt sich super gut erholen. Gute Erholung deswegen, da sich viel Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten bzw. Haus befinden und jeder auch mal ungestört für sich sein kann. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, deutsches Fernsehen (nahezu alle möglichen Kanäle) funktionierte sehr gut. Letztlich ein sensationelles Objekt. Die Schlafzimmer sowie die zugehörigen Bäder ebenfalls sehr schön und gut. Matratzen natürlich auch, wir konnten sehr gut schlafen.Unweit (ca. 7 Minuten) entfernt gibt es einen sehr großen Coop-Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurant sind auch gut zu erreichen.Liebe Maria, wir danken dir für diesen schönen Urlaub in deinem sehr schönen Haus. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Ein wirklicher Top-Urlaub.Herzliche GrüßeWolfgang mit Familie

Geräumiges Haus mit wunderschönem Aussenbereich.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit grossen Schlafzimmern ausgestattet. Der Park ist wunderschön und gepflegt mit einem grossen Swimmingpool und einem kleineren für Kinder, perfekt! Ein Spielplatz mit Rutschbahn, Schaukeln, Wippe und 3 Kinder-Spielhäuschen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Kurzum ein Traum für Kinder! Auch für einen Aufenthalt von 2 Familien wird es nicht eng! Die Besitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie achtet aber ebenfalls auf die Privatsphäre und man teilt mit ihr wirklich nur die Anfahrtsstrasse zum Haus. Wir waren als Familie dort (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und 2 Babys) und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped, beautiful pool and outdoor space was wonderful. We were a party of eight, and there was plenty of room.
