This simple rental cottage that does not pretend to be a chic villa is located within the large "Pony Ranch" property, spanning over 10,000 square meters.
The parking lot, and a private, enclosed 300-square-meter outdoor area just in front and a side of the house, including the pool, a terrace and a small garden with some sun lounges on it, are guests only reserved.
The owner and his dogs live at the entrance to the property, more than 100 meters far from the house and he takes care of the ponies and some farmyard animals that roam on the property
