Among the amenities available: washing machine, air conditioning in every room, oven. Marina Maria beach can be reached by car or by bicycle and is only 4 minutes away. The main building of Myrsine residential complex features a common swimming pool with shallow water area for children, pool deck, outdoor shower and lifeguard.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Perfect from every point of view, Myrsine Viola is tastefully furnished and finished with care. The entrance faces the swimming pool and leads to the dining room with dining table, kitchenette with gas burners, fridge / freezer, oven, air conditioning.
The covered veranda, equipped with a coffee table, is ideal for outdoor dining and spending a pleasant evening with friends. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with beds with wardrobes and their respective bathrooms: on the ground floor double bedroom with bathroom (shower), on the lower floor (basement with full width windows overlooking a shaft) bedroom with double bed and bathroom (shower). Downstairs there is a living room with TV. Facilities include a reserved parking space, located at the foot of the building.

Within a radius of one kilometer are all the shops necessary to satisfy daily needs such as bars, gastronomy, restaurants, supermarket.
