This accommodation is located right in the centre of Malaga, Cordoba street. With the advantage of being able to enjoy the many attractions of the historic centre of Malaga without the need of a car. Since it is close to the most important museums and the most famous restaurants of the city, you will be able to make use of the great gastronomic and cultural offer of the city.

Muelle Uno and Malagueta Beach are just a few minutes' walk away. It also has excellent accessibility to Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport (approximately 15 minutes by car) and a 15-minute walk from Maria Zambrano Station.

Apartment need some updating - especially the rusty bathtub - but I love the location and the terrac

Location!!! Terrace ️ I bought cushions for the chairs on the terrace -chairs are not comfortable - the rust stains on the bathtub has to be taken care of - I stayed 6 week - nobody checked with me if everything was ok, if I need anything - absolutely nothing - that is sad! The fridge was not working properly and I WhatsApped but nobody got back to me!

Soho apartment

On the plus side the apartment is in a great location and has a nice terrace. Unfortunately my first impression was not good as there was a strong smell of sewer when I entered the apartment. It got a bit better once I closed the bath room door and aired out the rooms. The furnishing was rather basic but the bed was good and the kitchen ok. If something was done about the smell I would certainly consider staying here when in Malaga.

Perfect location

I loved this apartment and the rooftop deck!! Superb location in the middle of the old city. My only suggestion is to either wash all the walls or repaint. Lots of hand marks and other smudges. Additionally, a new shower curtain would do wonders. These things give the impression that the apartment is not clean. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed from - jan 25- March 25 - 2024 Pro the location is the best, so central and yet quiet , the building well maintained, the property manager (Christina) was excellent and efficient. We asked for an expresso machine and received it within 24 hours Con The AC-Heating worked for about 10 days. Technicians came a few times ,could not fix it and the owner did not want to pay to have it repaired or changed. We were given to small portable heaters , one for the living room and one for the kitchen. We had to use them for 1 1/2 months which made the electric breaker switch off constantly. . bathroom- bad sewer smell - we had to put bleach and water regularly , the smell kept coming back. flies : as soon as we open the windows and terrace door,a dozen flies would enter and remain in the apartment all day. maybe because of the bad smell in the bathroom ?? and if we kept the windows closed,it was dark in the apt. because the windows are tinted brown . flies or dark apartment... your choice ! kitchen: not enough dishes to use the dishwasher and no kitchen towels to dry the dishes. The fridge keeps the food cool NOT cold. There is an induction stove but NO instructions. it took us a few tries to figure it out. terrace : very large and sunny ,no shade, the furniture is very dated. we were under the impression that the owner does not spend any time and does not know what is wrong and should be fixed. too bad. this place could be much better .Malagasuite was excellent

Sencillo pero operativo.

Apartamento de agencia con mobiliario bastante básico, nada de glamour pero que cumple bien su función. Colchón dureza media bastante aceptable. Terraza del ático muy interesante aunque los mobiliarios no acompañan. Tumbonas medio ddeshechas sillas duras sin cojines y sin sombrilla

Fantástico

Me ha encantado el trato por parte de las personas que han gestionado la reserva y el personal de limpieza que lo ha dejado impoluto. También lo completo que está en cuanto a menaje que facilita la estacia. El baño olía muchísimo a tuberías, la verdad que era muy desagradable especialmente por la mañana.
