The location was excellent - a little loud in the front bedroom as it is on a busy road but the nearby restarurants, bars, parks, transportation more than made up for it.The check in and out process was very smooth. Communication with the host was effortless.We couldn't believe how close we actually were to the Sagrada Familia (and also the Hop on Hop Off Bus Route). We couldn't have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend this property. 10/10 stars all the way!

Good location, old, uncomfortable furnishings.

Advertised as 3 bathroom place it only has two and in one of them shower is broken. Building is dilapidated, no elevator, Beds quite old and uncomfortable. Check-in seems poorly coordinated. It all detracts from a good experience.

Dear guest, as we explained to you, the fact that the apartment showed on the website the presence of 3 bathrooms was an error, and the description actually mentioned only two. We have corrected the error on the listing since then. Calling "dilapidated" one of the historical buildings of Eixample is rather exaggerated, hundreds of visitors have a different idea about it. We are sorry that your experience was not good, we do our best to satisfy many customers but sometimes it proves a bit difficult.

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung, mit viel Verkehr

Gute Lage direkt an der Sagrada, aber leider sehr laut (auch nachts), da an einer Hauptstraße gelegen. Freundliche Vermieter, die Ausstattung der Küche ist funktionabel, könnte aber besser sein!

Casa un po' datata ma di buona metratura, primo piano senza ascensore. 3 camere spaziose con comodità di 2 bagni. Buona posizione peccato per l'eccessivo traffico sul viale.

Séjour agréable à Barcelone

L'appartement est bien placée par rapport à la Sagrada Familia, il y a plusieurs supermarchés à moins de 200 mètres et un parking sécurité (payant) est également au pied du logement. Cependant, des ustensiles dans la cuisine manquent il n'y a pas de plat pour aller au four, pas d'écumoir pour les pâtes et quelques couverts supplémentaires ne seraient pas de trop. Il faudrait également changer le pommeau de douche qui fuit +++. Ce sont des petites choses facilent à améliorer. Le gros bémol vient de la circulation sous la fenêtre de la salle et d'une chambre (appart au 1er étage) il y a une route à 3 voies et c'est du simple vitrage. Même avec les boules quies qui nous ont été fournis, impossible de dormir dans la chambre, il a fallu déménager les matelas dans la cuisine ;-( Peut-être ne sommes nous pas habitués à la ville mais vraiment il faudrait au moins changer ces deux portes fenêtres coté rue; l'été, il est doit être impossible d'ouvrir, le bruit est constant. Hormis ce désagréement, notre séjour c'est très bien passé et il ne faut pas hésiter à prendre des taxis pour se déplacer car la ville est grande et les taxis pas trop chers...
