Another great OBA stay!

We've stayed in the Phoenix VIII for the past five years and love the location. This was a corner unit with plenty of space for myself and my family. The only drawback would be the construction of the new condo next door. The memory foam mattresses were amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful floor plan with spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Loved being on the top floor away from the noise of other guests. Had an issue with one sink and they sent someone immediately to fix it which was great! Great experience.

Great Condo

The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. Good quality linens and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Loved the patio. Only concern was the new building being built next door. It was very noisy and eventually it is going to change the views considerably.

GREAT PLACE!!!!

This was our first trip to the gulf shores area and it couldnt have been better. The condo was better than the pics. It was easy to check in. Perfect location. We had plans on doing things outside the Orange Beach area but never left the area. There are lots of great restaurants and things to do so close to the property we never left the area. Beach was awesome. Orange beach was very family friendly. If you are looking for a great vaca around spring break i highly recommend Orange Beach. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic stay!

This condo was a great choice for me and my mom. Well maintained and very clean. On the second day we opened the front hall closet to discover multiple boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys! We loved the convenience of not needing a key- the lock code was great. The building was very pleasant with plenty of helpful staff, comfortable seating, and a 2-story glass front lobby. I was nervous being on the fifteenth floor; I am scared of heights, but the incredible view from the corner balcony made it all worth it! We would definitely stay again, and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a pleasant, worry-free stay.

Wonderful place to meet far-away friends

This was a half-way spot for us to meet up with friends from Texas. The unit was very clean and just as represented by the pictures--always a delight when that happens! The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook a few meals right there. We were so comfortable we didn't want to leave! Our views were spectacular--so nice to have the windows wrap around on the gulf side. On Sunday we were treated to The Blue Angels flying right by our balcony. What a treat! The other days we were treated to various birds flying right by us, some with fish they had just caught! When we did go out, we found our way to a couple of good restaurants and a practice for The Blue Angels. The only thing I might suggest is a log book for the condo to list some favorite restaurants and activities in the area. Thanks, we hope we can meet here again next year!

Missing many things that you would assume would be there

We travel a good bit and usually stay in these types of properties. I must say that first, the communication was overwhelming. I don't usual get 12 texts and e-mails. Too many people involved. One contact would be fine. Secondly, I guess we should have read the description more closely. There were no lamps in the living room or dining area. I don't expect the owners to furnish unusual items, but salt and pepper would not be asking a great deal. In all the unit was fine, just wouldn't use it again.

Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the balcony because of construction directly next door. Not only was it noisy, but the new building significantly impacts the view of the water.

The condo was lovely and the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was perfect with a teen. The beach and pools were great. We liked that this Phoenix property was a smaller building so it felt more intimate. The balcony view was amazing. Would definitely recommend for families.

This place was beautiful and the view of the ocean from the room was breathtaking. I really appreciated that they had beach toys and beach chairs for us to use. I thought that was really thoughtful and a nice touch. They also had a ton of kitchen utensils available which helped with cooking. I will def go back
