The open great room, kitchen, and dining area flow together so no one gets left out of the conversation. What a charming, comfortable home! Beautifully located just outside of downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient for the wedding we were attending at the Surf Hotel! The owners were very responsive and accommodating. They were even able to get us in a little early as we arrived earlier than expected! The surrounding scenery is breathtaking!

It was great having a fenced yard for our dogs. The house is definitely family friendly. Our only problem was getting it cool enough in the house. The weather in Colorado was warmer than expected (not anyone's fault). There is no A/C and we couldn't figure out the system. We all brought clothes for cold and ended up buying T shirts to stay comfortable inside. I guess we could have contacted the host but since it was Christmas we didn't want to bother him. Still, I would highly recommend this house. We enjoyed our stay.
