This home is called Buca Vista, meaning 'Basement View'. Enjoy your own private entrance to Buca Vista to enjoy the 2,000Sqf of indoor space complete with 3 bedrooms each with Queen Beds and private bathrooms, private kitchenette for cooking, full game room with Ping Pong, Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Darts and Game Table. To expand the capacity, 1-2 more can sleep on the futon in the lounge with a half bath in lounge.

Outdoors, you have 500Sqf of private deck to enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, private dining area, lounge, BBQ area, Outdoor Games.

Free WiFi access and 52-inch flat screen in lounge.

Allow the gorgeous views of Mt. Princeton awake you each morning. Enjoy all the Chaffee County has to offer since this home is just 1.5 miles outside of downtown Buena Vista, near Cottonwood Pass. Open Year Round, Buca Vista is perfectly set-up for trailers with outdoor toys such as A.T.V.'s, Boats or Snowmobiles.

We welcome obedient pets here. Two maximum. It is important they do not disturb wildlife or neighbors with excessive barking, nor chase a friendly outdoor cat!

Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, full bathroom with new floor tile, double sinks and shower/tub for soaking.

Great Place For Family Trip

We had a great time at Buca Vista! The games kept everyone in the family entertained, the view was fantastic and the place was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home. Great place to hang out with family and friends after a day of hiking and exploring. Beautiful view of Mt Princeton. Game room was fun and bedrooms were wonderful, each with own bathroom. Kitchen is smaller which we knew but still worked great. Looking forward to visiting again.

Nice Stay in Buena Vista

We had a nice stay at this property. The location was perfect - close to hiking, rafting and dinners in BV. The view out the deck was beautiful, and we enjoyed playing the games in the evening.

Perfect family vacation

We came for our parents 50th Anniversary and it could not have been better. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable and so much fun. We played all of the games available and loved the outdoor area. We hope to come again!!

Layout of the house is perfect for 3 couples, allows privacy when wanted and the common area is perfect for everyone to gather and enjoy each others company and interact. We would book this home again!

Exactly what we were looking for.

The title says it all. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, plus one in the main area. Stunning views, entertainment if you wanted to stay inside but why would you with all there is to do. Highly recommend staying here.

The property was perfect for our stay. The rooms were spacious and having 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was great. Great place

Beautiful scenery and lots of wildlife roaming around. Had great fun playing Ping Pong, pool and shuffle board. There was a brief problem with the hot water heater. It was fixed very quickly with no inconvenience. Would stay here again. Great hosts
