About this property

Lovely very quiet traditional 3 bedroom house with 4,000 m2 of fenced land. Located 1.4 km from the Calas de Pou des Lleó and Cala Boix, as well as its restaurants, all of them well-known and specialized in typical dishes such as Bullit de Peix (typical Ibizan fish stew), rice and fish. Es Figueral Sand beach 4 km away and a little further away is the beautiful beach of Cala Llenya.

The house has:
A spacious living-dining room with sea views, TV and air conditioning.
Fully equipped independent kitchen, with Nespresso capsule compatible coffee machine and access to the outside.
Master bedroom with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower, sea views and exit to the outside.
Shared bathroom with bathtub.
2 Bedrooms with 2 single beds and ceiling fan each.
Large exterior with 8 x 4m pool, with 6 sun loungers and parasol. Covered outdoor dining room with sea views ideal for outdoor dining.

Absolutely amazing!!!

Loved this VRBO. The pool, the kitchen, the bedrooms, bathrooms, vineyard, views - everything was spectacular. We had two couples and two kids and there was plenty of room and well set up. We also did the food service and had groceries waiting for us. That was very much appreciated since we flew in around midnight. I can’t wait to go back.
