The third bedroom has a double sofa bed in a seating area with a mezzanine level containing a double bed. The apartment can sleep 8 people comfortably with the sofa-bed in the third bedroom.. The fully-fitted kitchen is open plan with an extendable dining table and the comfortable living area opens out onto a south facing terrace. The beautiful village centre of Samoëns, with its plentiful shops and restaurants is within easy walking distance, as are the ice-rink and the leisure area at ‘Lac Aux Dames’.

Samoëns sits in the stunning Giffre Valley which lies in between the Morzine and Chamonix valleys. It was described as one of France's best resorts by an article in the Telegraph back in 2012. From Samoëns, the whole of the Grand Massif ski area, which includes Flaine, can be explored. In total, 265 km of pistes are linked. Samoëns is just a 50 minute drive from Geneva airport.
