We stayed at the villa for 3 weeks and our experience was outstanding. The villa is well maintained and the service was outstanding. It really met our Tuscan experience. We will definitely return. The villa is very centrally located to visit the great towns in Toscana and Umbria. It is about 2-3 miles from the center of Cortona with access to the highways. We felt at home!

Carola was a wonderful host. She greeted us every morning to check in with us and asked if we needed anything. When we arrived at the villa we were very impressed with the large basket of goodies that was proved as well as coffee, juice & milk. I would highly recommend this property to others. It was wonderful.

Perfect accommodation, perfect location, perfect host.

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you would hope for. Amazing gift basket of brioche, pastries, bread, crackers, jams, honey, coffee and milk. Surrounded by gorgeous pasture and olive groves. Close to Cortona and local grocery store and restaurants. Easy to drive to Arrizo, Perugia and all the beautiful villages around Umbria. Our host Carola was so wonderful and so very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I wish we could have stayed longer.
