Well located property in Brighton

Good, functional spot in Brighton for a group of 8 people. Well equipped. Beds slightly uncomfortable but not terrible. Parking a bit of a pain as the restrictions are quite strict, however you can find (free) parking 5 minutes away if you're only there for the weekend. Communication with the host qad excellent. Suited our needs, would stay again.

Great property, great communication

Really nice property in a great area within walking distance to the centre. Could do with a dust in a few places but apart from that everything was nice and tidy. No toilet roll in property which was a surprise, and no access to the garden that I could figure out but in all fairness I didn't ask so wasn't a big issue. Overall a great place and I'd definitely stay again! Sam was super speedy and helpful with all comms!

I'm sorry there was no toilet roll, I will bring that up with housekeeping - usually, they leave at least 2 roles in each bathroom so ill question that with them and also the issues around dust! Excellent place for a group of friends staying the weekend in Brighton.The house was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen was a good size - lots of storage, large fridge and cooker meant it was easy to cook for 8 of us. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. The only thing is there isn't really a living area to hang out/socialise together but the kitchen was big enough. Great location with lots of nearby local pubs and a short walk into central Brighton. The house is towards the top of a reasonably steep hill so be warned! As mentioned on the listing, there is no parking at the house but several nearby car parks and street parking for a few hours.Communication with the host was great, lots of helpful information about local parking and smooth check-in process. All in all, we had a great stay in Brighton for a decent price! Would recommend this property
