Painless check in, rooms very clean and well appointed for our 10 strong guests. Lots of options to keep the youngest guests occupied as well as the adults. Access roads a bit hard on the car tyres. Good proximity to St. Andrews and other local beaches/ attractions. Heating was very comfortable throughout and when the sun appeared the garden room was well used.

Excellent Weekend Near St Andrews

We had a wonderful weekend at the Tosh. The house was well kitted out and comfortable for our large family group. The house is perfectly located for exploring St Andrews and the East Neuk of Fife.

Great Holiday Home for a large family.

Wonderful place to stay with a large group or possibly extended family/large family. Lovely having the space, big kitchen and utility room especially with 3 children, 6 years old & under. Listening to the early morning bird song. Rabbits and deer were beautiful to observe, especially seeing the children enjoying them. The only negative was that saucepans were a bit random, but we managed!
