Great property and very convenient location.

Location, facilities and cleanliness cannot be beaten. Check-in and communication with host is a breeze. The family room furniture (couches, chairs etc) need a refresh.All in all a great place to stay.

Thank you for your review. The issue of new living room furniture is being addressed. There is a fairly long delivery period and also the house is booked back to back until September so installing the replacement items will be challenging! Kind regards Fife Cottages

Great location, large house

Property was exactly suited to our family group of 5 adults & 3 children. Perfect location, great garden & all the amenities we needed. House is a little dated but that did not matter from our point of view. There were two bathrooms & a toilet on the top floor - no en-suites and the bathrooms were probably the weak spots. Great stay though. Thank you.

Good accommodation for large group

We found the house to be as advertised and suitable for our group of 8 golfers. The kitchen, dining and living areas were well appointed. Two of the bedrooms are quite small and the half bathroom on the 3rd floor is tiny. The other bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. The hot water heater reset was a bit of an inconvenience and the combo washer/dryer took very long to dry items.

There is one small bedroom as described in the listing. The 3rd floor bathroom is just a toilet with wash hand basin. I'm not sure what you mean by the hot water reset. The hot water is on demand. Never had an issue with the washer/dryer - we'll check the filters as they can sometimes cause slow drying.

Superb accommodation, all members of the family thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of space for everyone. Very clean bed linen & towels. No need to use cars as everything is in walking distance.

Long Weekend in St Andrews

Loved the property and the easy access to everything: town/beaches/golf courses. Great living space downstairs. Only downside was only two showers for ten people.

Amazing house in an beautiful town

The location is perfect for walking into town or visiting the seaside. The house was at max capacity with 10 adults but there was still plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again. Hopefully very soon!
