It is a neighbourhood in complete development with an impressive commercial offering and life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Maravillas market, one of the largest food markets in Europe where you can find the city's best chefs buying their products. An excellent location for students, executives, and also tourists.



The Apartment:

With a neutral, functional, cosy and impeccably decorated style, this magnificent apartment invites you to stay the moment you enter. Although located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to its good insulation. This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, with an area of 55 m², it has the perfect capacity for 5 people.

It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, and the other with a single bed, and a total of 2 bathrooms with shower.

Upon entering, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room, with a comfortable sofa and a lovely sitting area next to a small dining room, with an open-plan kitchen, it is equipped with everything necessary, high-end appliances included: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation. The apartment is equipped with wifi, a great choice.

To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
