OUR CONDO, 1002 CAN BE RENTED AS A 2 OR 3 BEDROOM OFF SEASON.

The living room of this large beach unit has a 65' flat screen tv and extended Cable. Comfy living area encourages you to put your feet up and relax. At night add the touch of the fireplace for ambiance! The kitchen opens up into living area so everyone can visit while entertaining or preparing meals. Seating for 8 at dining table and kitchen bar. Well appointed kitchen has stove, cooktop, fridge, 2 sinks, stand alone ice maker, granite counters, toaster, microwave and full range of utensils.

The first Master Suite has a king bed, private bath with tub, shower and balcony access. 55" flat screen tv, seating area and large walk in closet.

The second Master Suite has a king bed, private bath with walk in shower and private gulf-front patio. Wall mounted flat screen tv and roomy closet. This suite can be locked off from the main living area for privacy.

The third bedroom has 2 double beds and access to hall bath, as well as balcony access. Flat screen tv and DVD player.

This unit is non-smoking and non-pet and the Association policy prohibits renting to anyone under the age of 25.

We were happy to find that online photos of the condo were identical to the real thing, which is often not the case. The condo was spotless and the furnishings appeared to be fairly new. Color coordination was excellent, emphasizing the airy, light feeling of the beach. Parking was never a problem and very convenient. This is the most comfortable, most well kept condo I have ever stayed at. Beautiful view of the ocean from each window!

The property was in a great location. Check in was easy and great response from Mary about all things concerning the condo. We had one hiccup with the air due to maybe the storms but maintenance went around and reset everyone’s ac unit. We had a very enjoyable time.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The view was on point! We loved staying there and had a great time!
