FIRST FLOOR
The foyer hosts the downstairs bathroom, which is across from the bunk room that's furnished with two sets of custom-made twin over-queen bunk beds. There is a gathering room just off the foyer that makes for a great second living area. The gathering room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and an LCD TV. There is a full bar complete with a sink, glassware, and a stand-alone ice maker. The living area is next to the gathering area and features a sofa, a love seat, and two sitting chairs. This area has floor-to-ceiling fixed windows offering fantastic views of the Emerald Coast. There's also an LCD TV and a surround sound system for entertainment in the living area. The dining area is just across from living area and features a glass top dining table with a unique natural wood base that can only be fully appreciated in person. The dining table seats ten comfortably. It sits next to the floor-to-ceiling glass that has the sliding glass doors, which grant access to the spacious balcony with comfortable stylish seating. The gourmet kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, a large pantry, and all the cookware and dinnerware you need to prepare meals if you decide to dine in.

SECOND FLOOR
Take the travertine stairs up to the second level and you will find the master suite, two guest bedrooms, and the guest bathroom. The master suite stretches all the way across the beach facing portion of the upstairs. There is a private balcony on the end with king bed and a viewing area with fixed glass windows complete with a garden tub perfect for soaking and soaking up the view on the other. The master bath has dual vanities set in granite and a huge walk-in shower done in travertine that has a seat and two shower heads with controls.

Both guest bedrooms are very spacious and have king beds, LCD TVs, and alarm clocks with built-in iPhone chargers.
