Leider eine ausgesprochen enttäuschende Unterkunft, die ihren Preis aus meiner Sicht in keiner Weise rechtfertigt.Die „Wohnung“ liegt im Erdgeschoss und wirkt deutlich abgewohnt. Haustür und Türschloss machen keinen besonders vertrauenerweckenden Eindruck, mehrere Stühle sind wackelig.Zur Straße gibt es nur zwei Fenster mit Milchglas. Öffnet man eines ganz, hat man die Straße praktisch direkt in der Wohnung. Dazu ist die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig: Straßenlärm und Geräusche aus der Nachbarwohnung sind deutlich wahrnehmbar.Besonders problematisch ist der Schlafbereich auf der Galerie. Die sehr steile, enge Treppe halte ich für Menschen mit Gleichgewichts- oder Mobilitätsproblemen für bedenklich. Die Deckenhöhe oben ist extrem niedrig, besonders unangenehm für große Personen. Das Bett ist schmal, die Matratzen schlecht, meine Schlafqualität entsprechend miserabel.Die Küche ist funktional, aber es fehlten Geschirrtücher und zusätzliche Müllbeutel. Die Kaffeemaschine machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Das Bad ist sehr klein, mit winzigem Waschbecken und enger Dusche.Am Ende bleibt vor allem das schlechte Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass hier aus möglichst wenig Wohnraum möglichst viel Geld herausgeholt werden soll. Viel bezahlt, wenig Komfort.Für mich definitiv nicht das Geld wert.

Eine tolle Lage, aber eine enttäuschende Wohnung

Vieles muss unbedingt verbessert werden: es gibt keine Jalousien oder Vorhänge zur Verdunkelung, man hört die Nachbarn neben und über der Wohnung, es fehlt an Lüftungsmöglichkeiten in der Nacht, die Leiter, die zum Bett hinaufführt, ist unbequem und gefährlich, was in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt wurde. Ausserdem ist die Ausstattung sehr unzureichend. Insgesamt müsste vieles verbessert werden, um dem verlangten Preis gerecht zu werden.

Great Stay in Berlin

Check in, extremely easy - clear instructions and helpful video. Welcomg space. Good sleeping comfort - couch and bed. Only areas that could improve: 1. AC or better fan(s). 2. Floor felt sandy, gritty 3. TV - insructions for English speakers/CC directions. Neighborhood conveniences abd walkability and public teansport - awesome!
