Great location but not two bedrooms

As said in other reviews this is not a 2 bedroom, instead a double bed in the living area and a downstairs with multiple beds. As we were a group of friends it was fine for us, but this might not be the case for those expecting two bedrooms. The location is fantastic! Nice bars, restaurants and lovely breakfast places. Easy to get to too, with a direct line from the airport. Communication with host was not great. He contacted on the night we arrived wanting to send workmen in at 08:00 the next morning. The work was not an emergency and they said it could take all morning. We were offered breakfast at the hosts outlet in return, but were reluctant to leave workmen alone in the property with our belongings. We tried to negotiate a late check out as an alternative but there was no flexibility. We therefore declined. Despite this the workmen turned up at 09:00 the next morning and we were put in an awkward position of turning them away. Other than that a very nice stay.

Die genauen Check-in-Informationen bezüglich Schlüsselsafe oder Schlüsselübergabe waren leider nicht gut beschrieben, sodass ich am Tag der Anreise per E-Mail nachfragen musste. Eine Reaktion kam erst drei Tage später.Die Wohnung war aufgeräumt, es gab frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Geschirr war jedoch staubig und hatte Wasserflecken. Auch Teile der Wohnungseinrichtung, wie Vasen, Schalen und Plastikblumen, waren staubig.Obwohl Sommer war, liefen alle Heizkörper auf maximaler Stufe und alle Fenster standen auf Kipp. Wir waren zu dritt, bekamen für fünf Übernachtungen jedoch nur einen Schlüssel zur Verfügung gestellt.Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön zentral gelegen. Kleine Geschäfte, Bioläden und Bäckereien sind fußläufig erreichbar, sodass sie gut geeignet ist, um sich selbst zu versorgen.Der Kommunikationsmangel und die ungepflegte Inneneinrichtung haben uns jedoch erschrocken. Die Wohnung und auch das Ambiente haben sehr viel Potenzial. Es wäre schön, wenn sich jemand mehr um ein angenehmes Wohnerlebnis bemühen würde.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich gut, die Lage perfekt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und auch Stationen zu den S-Bahnen sehr gut zu erreichen.Die Wohnung war im großen und ganzen sauber, evtl. etwas staubig. Und es wäre wirklich gut einen Staubsauger vor Ort zu haben.Aber wir können diese Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Ruhige Gegend mitten in Berlin

Check-in und Check-out sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Ruhige Lage mitten in Berlin (wenn gerade nicht gebaut wird). Schnelle Anbindung zu Bus und Bahn. An der Sauberkeit und der Beschaffenheit (Schönheitsreparaturen) in der Wohnung kann noch gearbeitet werden.

Praktische Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren als Familie (3 Kinder) für ein langes Wochenende in Berlin und hierfür war die Wohnung für uns sehr gut. Die Kinder hatten im Souterain ihr Reich und für uns Eltern war das Bett im Wohnbereich auch passend. Entgegen der vorherigen Einträge war bei uns die Wohnung sauber. Man darf sich allerdings nicht daran stören, dass einem beim Essen die Fußgänger auf dem Bürgersteig auf den Tisch schauen. Da man in Berlin aber sowieso die meiste Zeit unterwegs ist, hat uns das beim Frühstücken nicht gestört. Die Wohnung liegt ganz praktisch mit einem sehr leckeren Bäcker und ein paar Gastronomiebetrieben um die Ecke, man muss allerdings zur nächsten U-Bahn ca. 5-10 Minuten laufen. Parken direkt vorm Haus kosten Geld. Man kann aber etwas weiter weg (ca. 15-20 Min. zu Fuß) auch kostenlos parken.

Super Lage!

Wir waren nun eine Woche dort; es ist keine Luxuswohnung, aber es reicht vollkommen! Ich hätte gerne dann und wann einen Staubsauger gehabt, aber wir waren fast immer unterwegs und somit tat es der Besen auch. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine und keinen Backofen, sonst ist alles da! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Berlin im Herbst

Tolle Wohnung, gute Ausstattung (nur Schere und Pfannenwender fehlen ;-)), gemütliche Betten, 2x TV, WLAN, gute Lichtgebung; es könnten noch Plissees an die Fenster. Super Lage, alles fast vor der Tür was man braucht (U-Bahn, Bus, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Tankstelle, Gastro). Für Singles, Paare, Familien gleichermaßen geeignet.

Eine tolle Wohnung in einer angenehmen Umgebung. Der Kurfürstendamm ist in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbarer. Der Kontakt und der Sevice des Vermieters war super. Vielen Dank noch dafür. Schlüssel Übergabe war problemlos. Einziges Manko war die Parkplatzsituation, aber wir haben immer nach etwas Suchen einen Parkplatz ums Eck gefunden

Sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem geräumig und ruhig

Das Appartement ist schick und so zentral gelegen, dass alles fußläufig bzw. mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht werden kann. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich ordentlich. Die gute Lage unweit des KuDamms bedeutet eine nicht einfache Parkplatzsituation. Hier bietet es sich an, einen der kostenfreien P&R Parkplätze etwas außerhalb zu nutzen und das Fahrzeug während des Aufenthalts stehen zu lassen.

Ideal für einen Stadturlaub mit größeren Kindern!

Für eine Ferienwohnung in der Stadt sehr großzügig mit viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeit in der unteren Ebene. Ungewohnt ist das Fenster direkt am Bürgersteig der Straße. Man kann sich aber gut darauf einlassen.

Ferienwohnung in Wilmersdorf

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut. Man schläft hervorragend. Es gab genügend Handtücher für alle. Wir waren zu fünft. Bad ist sauber. Alles prima. Die U-Bahn ist sehr nah. Lebensmittel kann man um die Ecke kaufen. Zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Zoo sind es ca. 15 Minuten.
