The hotel apartment is located in the middle-class area of Charlottenburg, just about 50 metres from Ludwigkirchplatz, where you’ll find typical Berlin area life. Ludwigkirchplatz is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafés.

The apartment was newly built in June 2020 to a high standard. It is located on the ground floor. The windows open onto the inner courtyard, ensuring a quiet stay. Upon entering the hotel apartment, you’ll find yourself in the hallway, which features numerous coat hangers and places to hang coats and jackets.
