Please be aware the rear balcony does not get direct winter sun between mid-September to April, but the front of the building and pool area do.

TOURIST TAX
As per Information 42/2024 Lagoa Municipal Tourist Tax, regulation 425.2024 - a tourist tax per person, per day up to a maximum of 7 days is collected and then paid to Lagoa Municipal.

MID-STAY CLEANING:
For longer stays, additional cleaning and a change of linen can be provided at an extra fee
