Spacious, clean and well appointed villa. All 5 bedrooms were en-suite and the two lounge areas provided plenty of space for the family to relax. The pool, jacuzzi and garden area were lovely - worth paying the extra for the jacuzzi/pool heating. Beaches are within 5-10 min walk and there are plenty of good restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance too. Easy comms with the owner who provided lots of useful info in advance. Would recommend!

Fabulous holiday

We had a lovely stay at Sky Villa! The villa was lovely, lots of room, clean and modern. We loved the games room! The location was perfect for a walk to the beach and restaurants.

Perfect Albufeira home away from home…

Property was even better than online description. Upgrade for heated pool/jacuzzi… swimming outdoors in February was wonderful! Absolutely exceeded our expectations.

Property itself was spotlessly clean. It was a great space for the 3 families that stayed there. The games room was a huge hit for those who got fidgety and don’t want to sunbathe all day. The provision of pool towels was a nice touch too. The main bedroom is beautiful with gorgeous sea views.Top tip-you can do an online order before you arrive from the local Intermarche to collect a big food shop when you arrive. This saved us so much time and effort so we could start enjoying our holiday straight away.We spent a few evenings eating locally in Olhos d’Agua and also over in Villamoura and Albufeira.In terms of activities we booked quad biking and sea kayaking-both were a hit with all and would recommend.The only improvements/feedback I’d give is that the waterline around the pool could have done with a good clean, and equally, a mid-stay pool clean would have been appreciated. The correct number of sunbeds weren’t available on arrival but yhis was quickly rectified once we raised it. There weren’t 9 and we should have had 12. 11 were provided. The terraces are a great touch although we couldn’t make a great amount of use of them due to the seagulls and the bird muck that had been left as a result. Spikes attached to the roof ledges might help with this.

All your requests were addressed and sorted in record time (hours) including the very specific requests before check-in. Any extra cleaning requests for the pool or terrace would have been addressed the same way and complimentary, but you never raised the issues. This feels like a retaliation for the unreported extra guests you brought and had to pay for them!

Felt like a Private Resort

A stunning home, well equipped and a sense of space and style from first entering the villa. From initial booking, to Elia our maid and Louis the maintenance man our stay was superb.

Family birthday get away.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this fantastic family villa. The villa provided everything our family needed. The location was perfect with easy access to beaches, restaurants and shops. The property manager was very helpful and readily provided information. Excellent, worth a 5* rating.

Heerlijk huis. Met veel ruimte en alle voorzieningen. Ideaal voor grote families. De keuken is heel compleet; de speelkamer erg fraai en aantrekkelijk; de buitenruimte perfect. Zwembad en whirlpool zijn fantastisch. Locatie is rustig. Urbanisatie bij strand met wat restaurantjes is prima. Mooie wandelingen te maken (mits je goed te been bent). Zit een toprestaurant aan de overkant. Supermarkt ook op loopafstand. En met 10 autominuten ben je in Albufeira.Beschrijving en foto’s op de site kloppen helemaal. Enige minpuntje is dat de locatie windgevoelig is. De sterke wind vanuit de oceaan kan het s avonds al snel kouder maken.

Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde

Von der Buchung bis zum Einchecken hat alles super geklappt. Das Haus war sauber und die Einrichtung ohne Macken oder sonstige Fehler. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist es nur ein kurzes Stück bis zum Strand oder bis zum Supermarkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus und auch den Anbieter weiterempfehlen!

Perfect holiday

Pictures of this villa do not do it justice. We were a family of 8 who had a lovely stay in this wonderful home. Everything you can think of is provided. The small issues we had which were out of anyone's control were resolved immediately. The villa is within a short walking distance of a good variety of restaurants and the beach. It is in a lovely area and although we hired a car for the duration this was only used for supermarket shopping. I cannot recommend this highly enough

Fantastic new villa

I stayed here with my wife, 4 friends and all our 5 kids aged between 1 and 7, and it was fantastic. Great brand new villa with an amazing pool (costs extra to heat but worth it for the little ones) and only 10 mins from 2 amazing beaches. The communication with Joao was great - all on WhatsApp and the villa was better than we expected. We arrived late and the flight was delayed but someone was there to greet us - to be honest I would have preferred a keysafe just to know we could get in, but check in was fine. They kindly provided 2 high chairs and 2 cots which was a real bonus and the garden is perfect for the little ones to play in - very safe and secure. I would highly recommend this villa.
