When you walk in the door, you will know you chose the right place. The bike path, walking path, and lake are steps from the back door. This ground level unit has it all. Bike, fish, kayak, walk to the ampitheatre or playground, play in the indoor pool, or relax in the hot tub or sauna. My personal favorite is sitting on the back porch staring at the spectacular view, watching the clouds change the shadows on the mountains.
Purple Mountain Majesty has it all. There is garage parking for two cars and an elevator for those of you who don't like stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, all linens and beach towels for the pool are provided. We think you will love this mountain retreat.

The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna are great for relaxing after a long day of play! The unit is easily accessed by the onsite elevator. The underground parking is conveniently equipped with luggage carts. The building construction is concrete, therefore no noise from the neighbors. Centrally located in Dillon, easy walk to restaurants, the marina, playground, free county shuttle and the amphitheater. Close to everything you need, grocery store, free shuttle, restaurants, shops, skiing, tubing, bike path, playground, lake, marina, farmers market . . . . . Winter in Summit County:
Ski Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland. Dinner sleigh rides in Copper and Breckenridge. Tubing hills in Frisco, Keystone and Copper Mountain. Summit County has two Nordic Centers offering excellent cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
Spring, Summer and Fall in Summit County:
Summit County is the place to be for the summers! Escape the heat of the city, plains and deserts. There are free concerts, food festivals, golf tournaments, something every weekend.
Enjoy water sports (fishing, sailing, kayaking) on Lake Dillon. Bicycling or hiking on the numerous trails throughout the Mountains. Great fly fishing on the local rivers and streams. Free summer concerts, Farmers Markets, Shopping at the Factory Outlets stores, Antique Shops and Art Galleries are within walking distance or just a short drive away.
Golf courses in the area offer scenery like no other. Challenge yourself on the Jack Nicholas designed Breckenridge Golf Course, The Raven at Three Peaks, Keystone Ranch or River Run Course.

Pointe Dillon, in Summit County is a great location for winter and summer activities, just 1 hour from Denver on I-70. There are 7 major ski areas with some of the greatest skiing and snowboarding in the world within minutes of Dillon. Also nearby are eclectic restaurants, exciting night life, Lake Dillon Theatre and outdoor concerts at the Dillon Marina amphitheater. The Dillon and Frisco Marinas offer boat rentals, tours, kayaks and canoes, and a water taxi between Marinas. Summit County has some of the most scenic beauty in the state of Colorado with hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, water skiing, rock climbing, fishing, golfing, snowmobiling, jeeping, motorcycling or shopping at the Outlet Stores. This area truly offers something for everyone!

Keystone is 12 minutes away, 5 more to A-Basin, 15 minutes to Loveland, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Breckenridge, 35 minutes to Vail, and 45 to Beaver Creek/Arrowhead. Amazing terrain parks, unbelievable back country powder and groomers, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, something for every style and ability. For family fun there are tubing hills with lifts at the Frisco Adventure Park and Keystone Adventure Point and the Copper Mountain Tubing Hill, Breckenridge Fun Park at the top of the Breckenridge Gondola or ice skating at Keystone, Silverthorne, Breckenridge and Vail.

In summer, many ski areas offer lift services to the mountain tops; then ride, bike or hike down. Paved trails to Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, Copper Mountain, and Vail. Lake Dillon features spectacular views and outdoor concerts and events during the summer. Factory Outlet Stores are just five minutes.There is a FREE bus (Summit Stage) to the ski areas, towns, Outlet Malls, restaurants and trails.
