Nestled in the heart of one of the Cotswolds most renowned villages, Pear Tree Cottage is a traditional Cotswold stone cottage sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms. With original beams running throughout the cottage and exposed stone walls, Pear Tree Cottage is bursting with charm, offering you a quintessential Cotswold stay. On the ground floor is a cosy living room with wood burning stove, decorative dining room with seating for six and a galley style kitchen which leads onto a well established garden, complete with outdoor seating.

Bed linen and towels are provided - the bedding is a mixture of feathered and hypoallergenic
Free on-street parking is available outside, or close to, the property. If travelling in more than one car, due to space limitations, guests may need to use one of the public car parks (Pay & Display) a short walk from the property
1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

This is a very old property and has many character features, including low ceilings and doors, uneven floors, steep stairs to the first floor, steep winding stairs from the first to the second floor, an open sided landing space at the top of the staircase to the second floor, and some steps on the ground floor of the house, all of which could pose difficulty to guests with limited mobility, or carrying babies, both in terms of their general movement and their ability to quickly exit the house in the event of an emergency
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
