Great property close to the centre

Lovely house with the added bonus of a parking permit. Close to Fossgate where there are lots of bars , cafes and restaurants it really is an ideal location. Very clean and comfortable house that had everything we needed

We have just returned from our trip in York and we couldn't fault our stay. The property was decorated for Christmas so was very festive. The location was excellent close to bars, restaurants and cafes. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay!

Home away from home

This was our second time staying in this lovely house. We were able to have a ‘home away from home’ feeling and enjoyed spending time by the fire chatting when we weren’t out at any one of the many nearby restaurants or coffee shops. Being able to walk to everything we wanted to do was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely House, Very Central GREAT

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Historic House, surprisingly quiet for such a central location! Had no issues parking and was great for walking into town without having to worry about the expensive parking! House itself was beautiful and beds extra comfortable, super clean and cosy and the christmas decorations were an added bonus. Overall great stay!!! Thanks York Boutique

Fabulous couple of nights in York for my fiancées 40th birthday celebrations. The house is in an ideal location, easy to walk into city centre, Christmas markets, bars & restaurants. Really appreciated the birthday package which she loved! Would highly recommend this property!
