Host/property management is poor

I tried to extend the reservation dates (three times) before my stay, to which the property manager agreed but never confirmed or officially extended. Additionally, I was overcharged for my stay (cleaning fees levied twice but only performed once.) I had to fight for this refund; the property manager said it would be processed within 14 business days, and I still haven't received the money (30 days overdue). This lack of communication is terrible and frustrating, and I do not recommend working with them (they manage multiple apartments listed on VRBO.) The apartment itself is centrally located and cozy. Unfortunately, the induction stove didn't work and some light fixtures had no or burnt out bulbs. The walls were dirty/moldy, which is not good considering I paid twice for cleaning!

DANGER POUR LA SANTÉ PUBLIQUE

Studio dans un local de poubelle, l'air irrespirable tellement c'est humide. Les draps du lit Ă©tiez humides. Pas de fenĂȘtres pour aĂ©rĂ©e, impossible de ouvrir la porte pour prendre l'air, car toutes les poubelles de immeubles Ă©taient devant la porte. Les serviettes de salle de bain Ă©taient sales, la vaisselle sale et pas assez pour 4 personnes, la salle de bain horrible, la douche pas lavĂ©e, MĂ©nage pas faite, des fourmis par tout. Tellement humide le local Ă  poubelle que le propriĂ©taire appelle de Studio, que moi et mon Fils, on a tombĂ© malade, avec des problĂšmes respiratoires. Depuis des annĂ©es Ă  louer des petits sĂ©jours pour partir en famille, j'ai jamais vu rien comme ça, c'est horrible, horrible, horrible, un vrai DANGER POUR LA SANTÉ PUBLIQUE.

ProblÚme à la réservation

Étant donnĂ© que nous passons par votre site pour ĂȘtre redirigĂ© vers une conciergerie dans le savoir, nous avons passĂ© trop de temps pour finaliser la rĂ©servation et faire la paiement. Nous avons du tĂ©lĂ©phoner car le site ne prenait pas mes documents d identitĂ©s. Insuppprtable

Lage der Wohnung ist super. Alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Lage zum gare de l' est top. Sehr ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Man kann sehr gut und erholsam schlafen. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ist nicht zu öffnen. Hier sind die WĂ€nde unten schimmelig. Im Hauptraum nur eine GlastĂŒr als EingangstĂŒr vorhanden, die leider nicht zum LĂŒften gekippt werden kann. Kein Fön vorhanden. StĂŒhle fehlen fĂŒr den Tisch.

La casa si trova in un'ottima posizione, comoda alla metro ed anche per muoversi a piedi. Si trova all'interno di un cortile, quindi piano terra. L'appartamento Ăš basico, non ha sedie ed un tavolo di appoggio per mangiare, ha il minimo indispensabile. Una coperta in piĂč avrebbe aiutato, il piumone del letto matrimoniale Ăš leggero. Nel complesso per qualche gg Ăš una struttura valida ed ottima come base per girare la cittĂ . Ci sono anche molti locali per poter mangiare.
