Good location

the location of the villa suited us as it was near to friends and it wasn't far from Ayia Napa, Paralimni etc. It was in a residential area which was quiet. The pool was great but the outside area was tired and needs painting/ some tiles to the pool have lifted off. The inside of the villa also needs some attention, mosaic tiles to bathroom are missing, furniture to the lounge area is uncomfortable. The place needs a bit of a makeover

Thank you for booking with Rentprivatevillas. Regarding the tiles which have lifted off. This must have happened very recently as we haven’t noticed it or been informed. We’ll make sure to get onto this as soon as possible. I wish you had mentioned it during your stay so we could of arranged something for you. We haven’t changed the furniture so the photos show what you will receive. I will forward this to the owner. The villa interior was fully painted at the start of the season and the garden is always spot on.

Family holiday 2023

We enjoyed our stay and the villa, although the garden was a little tired. The pool was tatty with a lot of tiles missing and needed constant filling with a hose. the fencing, sun beds & pergola all needed a lick of paint! Not as seen in photos. The villa could have done with a full length mirror either on the landing or within a wardrobe door. The pillows were in short supply and very uncomfortable. However apart from those minor niggles we thought the villa was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit guter Lage

Aufgrund der Bilder haben wir uns für diese Ferienhaus entschieden. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir haben ein tolles Ferienhaus mit großem Pool in einer tollen Umgebung vorgefunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit unproblematisch. Einen Stern haben wir abgezogen, da die Unterkunft mal einen „frischen Anstrich“ gebrauchen könnte (Fliesen im Badezimmer und Pool lösen sich teilweise, Holzmöbel haben schon ein paar Tage gesehen). Insgesamt sind wir mit dem Vermieter und dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
