Villa Felita is amazing

I loved how spacious the accommodation was. The kitchen was large. There were several areas to dine with the family, two outdoor showers, a beautiful sun deck, and a perfectly sized pool. The annexe was perfect for my friend and I to be away from the others. Loved it. Any tiny thing was rectified immediately. Everyone at Son Villas was lovely . I would definitely go again.

We booked as upstairs and downstairs properties essentially operating as one suited our needs. It mainly did but came with drawbacks. Seemed to work on assumption that everyone would use downstairs property kitchen for eating and drinking meaning that upstairs kitchen was very poorly equipped. Had to contact Sonne Villas several times for basic equipment eg chopping board, tea towels. Swift response. Good that pool has inflatables for children. No pool towels or beach towels provided unless at extra cost. Kitchens need a sort out of equipment. Eg downstairs kitchen has lots of pans but no baking tray. No wine glasses upstairs. No warm water in upstairs bathroom and kitchen but when reported SV arranged maintenance to fix. Needed a new smoke alarm battery and Sonne Villas fixed in 24 hours. bathroom door handle in downstairs property reported broken still not fixed on leaving. Air conditioning only in bedrooms in downstairs property meaning cooking in kitchen is uncomfortable when hot. Lighting in kitchen at night is poor. Location didn’t work for us despite asking questions before booking about access. To access beach means climb down lots of steep steps or longer walk along the road also steep in places. Fine if fit and strong, not good for buggies and young children. Shade on roof terrace next to useless. Unsafe too as wooden pillar broke from wall during a storm. Very dangerous. SV did arrange to make safe. Beds clean and comfortable. A/C good upstairs.

Casa muy bien situada

La casa está muy bien situada, es grande y adecuada para familia y/o amigos. No estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos, no mueven muebles y tampoco quitan el polvo de las terrazas y piscina. Trato adecuado con la agencia.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison etait propre, tout etait mis à disposition pour nous accueillir et surtout notre location était bien placée. A proximité de tout (plage, randonnée et des restaurants)
