The house enjoys fantastic views of the sea both from its terrace with a swimming pool and from various rooms in the house.
Great features including lots of space, a lovely inner patio, letting in plenty of light, grand sea views, the pool and a beautiful garden all come together to make this a fantastic holiday home for all the family. On the ground floor is the main living room with beautiful sea views, a big, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and two of them also air conditioning.
On the first floor is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, air conditioning and a large terrace with spectacular sea views.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with grass and a large number of trees. From the house, there is a wild path that leads to the virgin cove of Biniparratx. It is a comfortable home located in a spectacular setting.

Séjour à cap d’en font
Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique et la villa présente de nombreux atouts .Malheureusement elle est très mal entretenue.
Revêtement de la piscine dégradé.
Menuiserie intérieure dure à ouvrir.
Télévision en panne.
Grille pain cassé
Nombre de chaises extérieures insuffisant.
Literie du Rez de chaussée déplorable.
Enfin la rotation aérienne avec l’aéroport à quelques kilomètres est plus importante que prévue et pourtant nous étions en automne.
