Enjoy this 3-bedroom apartment with capacity for 6 people as a family, located on a seventh floor that offers beautiful views of the sea and the city. Although it is not on the beachfront, you will be on the nearby extensive beaches in just a few minutes, such as Playa Mezquitilla just 500 m away. 🌊



The accommodation, 85 m² furnished with taste and modern style, features a spacious and bright living-dining room with large glass doors that connect to a 45 m² terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and an awning to protect you from the sun and humidity, making it a perfect space for breakfast or lunch whilst enjoying the sunrises and the tranquillity of the surroundings. 🌅🍽️



The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, making it easy to prepare all types of meals without complications. 🍳☕



The apartment has three bedrooms, all with double beds and wardrobes for storing your luggage. One of them has direct access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, ideal for the comfort and privacy of families with children. In addition, there is an additional full bathroom with a bathtub, located in the hallway connecting the bedrooms. 🛏️🛁



Among the amenities are air conditioning with heat pump throughout the apartment and free wifi connection so you stay always connected. 📶❄️



The community has very well-maintained and updated facilities, including a seasonal community pool, whose availability you can check with the agency. The building has a lift, a garden with furniture, a fenced plot and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying good weather with family or friends. 🏊‍♂️🌳🔥



Please note that the pool is for community use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary depending on the season or internal decisions.



Located in the urban centre of Algarrobo, you will be close to the bus station, supermarkets, local restaurants, Baviera golf course (4 km) and water parks such as Aquavelis (7 km). It is also at a reasonable distance from natural and cultural attractions such as the Río Chillar, rock beaches in Maro, and 67 km from Málaga International Airport. 🚍⛳🌄
