SUMMARY:
Our Commercial Street 2bd/2ba/2parking space beach home is in a historic building that was completely renovated. It boasts fantastic views of Long Point Light and MacMillan Pier. The modern open-concept kitchen and living room offer a spacious place to enjoy together with others. Relax, people-watch, and soak up the sun and views from one of the best Harbor-facing decks on Commercial Street. Walk to the beach & all the action!

THE SPACE:
Our townhouse is located on the corner of Commercial Street and Johnson Street, in the start of the East End. We are across the Street from the Johnson Street beach access ("town landing").

The house has a spacious bedroom on the first floor with a Queen-sized mattress and an ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are also on the first floor. The second floor has the main living area with amazing views of the Provincetown Harbor as well as the access to the outdoor living area. It is on this floor, where you can relax and watch tv indoors comfortably with central air conditioning (or central heating and a fireplace in the winter) while also having the option to lounge on the patio furniture or to grill out and dine al fresco while enjoying the sights and sound of our fabulous beach town.

Finally, the third floor is where you will find your second bedroom, with a Queen-sized mattress. Enjoy the rain shower head in a spacious tiled shower, listen to music, watch tv or lay down and enjoy the view while your head is on a comfy pillow.

For us, technology is important in providing that home-away-from-home feel. We have smart 4K LED tv's and combined with our SONOS sound system, you will be able to stream tv content and music easily in each room or throughout the house simultaneously. We also have excellent Wifi to enable your whole group to stay connected.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
We have a luxury queen-sized mattress in each of the 2 bedrooms.

GUEST ACCESS:
As our guest, you will have access to all 3 floors of our townhouse. Both bedrooms w/bath are private and are located on separate floors for added privacy. You will be able to enjoy our amazing, exclusive-use deck facing Provincetown Harbor. As an added convenience, you will have our tandem parking spot that fits 2 vehicles.

We pride ourselves on being great communicators with our guests. If you need anything before, during or after your stay, please just send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. You'll also always have our phone number.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:
Provincetown is amazing! Our townhouse is right on Commercial Street just 2 blocks away from MacMillan Pier. The neighborhood is walkable and from our place, you can get to everything that Commercial Street has to offer in just a few minutes. The vibe is vibrant and fun here all summer long. In the winter and fall, it is quieter and reminiscent of the days when the town was only a quaint fishing village.

GETTING AROUND:
Provincetown can be reached by car, plane or ferry. Once here, you can park your car in our parking space and you will likely not need to use it again. You can walk around town, take a pedi-cab or rent a bike to get around.

Best rental ever!

Had a great stay at this Ptown rental. The house was perfectly set up with easy keypad check-in, direct parking, and a beautiful harbor view. It had plenty of natural light, modern bathrooms, and a spacious layout that felt both cozy and private. The porch was a standout — complete with a couch, table, and grill — perfect for relaxing. It was quiet at night, but still just a short walk to all the action on Commercial Street. Great mix of convenience and comfort. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at Cesar’s house. The location is great, just off Commercial street, and a 2 minute walk from a small beach. The house itself suited our needs very well, it was clean and modern, and we especially enjoyed the large terrace. It was also appreciated that beach chairs, umbrella etc. were provided. We’d love to return one day!

This was our second year saying at Cesar's condo. It's in an ideal location, it always clean, and Cesar is very communicative. The deck is lovely and we enjoyed spending evenings out there.

Highly recommend - great location and beautiful townhouse

Great location - in the quieter part on Commercial Street. A few minutes drive to Race Point Beach. Perfect for 2 couples - 1 bedroom on first floor, shared space on the 2nd floor with access to a beautiful deck, and 2nd bedroom on the third floor. The Townhouse has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay.

Perfect Property

Perfect location. Truly walkable- beach is a few steps away. Interior is clean and updated with beautiful finishes. Highlight was the incredible deck that provided views of the water and Commercial St while enjoying coffee in the morning. Prompt response from Hosts. Parking provided. Amazing home and location

A friend and I stayed here in June 2022. The property exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful and absolutely immaculate. We loved relaxing on the private rooftop deck while enjoying both water views and people-watching on Commercial Street. The owners, Jeff and Cesar, were very responsive from initial booking right through check-out. Our vacation here was definitely a 5 star experience.

Amazing House

June 2024 was the second time my friend and I rented this PTown home. The house is immaculate and beautifully designed. The location and private rooftop deck with both water views and Commercial Street views is great. Booking and check-in were easy. The host, Cesar, was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The 2 off-street parking spots are a rare find in Provincetown. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing property in the heart of ptown

We had a fabulous one week stay at Cesar’s property. The condo is beautifully renovated and well kept, and the gorgeous deck overlooking commercial street is the icing on the cake. Right across from the harbor beach and in the heart of Ptown. A short walk to every destination. Our group consisted of two couples and three young children. The multiple sets of stairs can be challenging with little ones but we made it work. Great spot for families or couples.

Family Week in Ptown

This is lovely property that feels more like a home than a rental property. It's in a great location if you want to be in the center of Ptown and the deck and parking spaces make it a great fit for a family. Our host Cesar was very responsive when an AC problem arose, even though he was out of the country at the time of our stay. I would have given our stay a 5 out of 5 if it has not been for the AC failing due to the very hot humid weather that we experienced last week. Though the host did their best to compensate us for the troubles.

Perfect home

My friends and I (50, 47, 35, 31 yo) came for bear week and we were not expecting this property to be as great as it was. It's more beautiful in person than in pictures. The layout is perfect: the two rooms have the communal spaces in between them which worked for our different schedules (early birds and late sleepers). The living room/kitchen is spacious and bright with lots of seating, the terrace is a dream, and the kitchen is very well equipped for whatever meals you want to prep. The location is perfect, distant enough to have some quiet yet close enough to be within walkind distance from everything. I have nothing negative to say about this place and the hosts, it was a wonderful place and I highly recommend it.

Didn’t want to leave...

We visited for a week during July 4th Independence week and my partners birthday. Location Location Location... So easy from the Ferry as you arrive. So easy to coffee shops, restaurants, and pre/post libations in between. The unit was immaculate, comfortable yet elevated, and private inside/out. We saw the fireworks from our private terrace too! Which is really why I booked this unit. Cesar was a great host as well - from the time we got our Welcome Email and keys, he was always connected both on mobile and email. I truly recommend this place... Cesar already knows we'll be coming back! Have fun... Cheers!

Perfect location! Feels like home.

My husband, myself, and two of our friends stayed here in July 2022. The location is perfect -- right on Commercial street and a quick walk or bike ride to everything Ptown has to offer. When we arrived, about an hour after check-in, the cleaning team was still there. They politely explained that the prior guests had left the place in a bit of disarray and we only had to wait a few minutes for them to finish up. The condo is decorated with locally-sourced art, which we loved, and was very comfortable for the four of us. We only cooked one meal during our week stay, but the kitchen had everything we needed and the grill worked perfectly. Of the time we spent at the condo, most of it was spent on the incredible deck which has great seating and even better views. The AC worked wonderfully and offered a nice reprieve from the July heat. We also appreciated that the owners required the AC to be left on to avoid moisture building up -- something that definitely set this place apart from other places we've rented over the years. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were high qualify (and they smelled great!). Overall a lovely stay!

Love this place!

For a first timer in Provincetown, this place put us right into the mix of things. Beautiful inside decor and absolutely love the back porch! Highly recommended! Thank you Cesar for working with me last year when we couldn’t make the trip due to Covid restrictions.

This townhome blew us away with the amazing deck and views. Not only can we see a beautiful, calming view of Provincetown Harbor and the Pier, but we can also take the pulse of the town by taking a look at how much activity we see looking over Commercial street. The best place to enjoy PTown's fireworks and parades.

The home itself is spacious enough for our family to feel comfortable and to entertain our friends and family! It is also well-appointed and has luxury furnishings and finishes throughout.
