Welcome to the Gorgeous Suite! Our property is nestled on 7 forested acres with panoramic views of the Columbia River and surrounding Cascade mountains. Skamania Lodge, Bridge of the Gods, Cascade Locks, Mt. Hood, Dog Mountain, White Salmon, Hood River and Portland are just a few close destinations. The entire garden level of our home is your spacious, comfortable suite where you can escape, relax and unwind in this beautiful setting.

Your private entrance welcomes you to a warm and inviting 1000 sq. ft. suite. Features include a king size bed, an adjoining living room with river rock fireplace, coffee bar, refrigerator, microwave, TV, complimentary WiFi, a wide selection of books, games, and movies. The unparalleled views extend out to your private patio surrounded by lush and vast gardens.

Within a few miles, you will find golf courses, brew pubs, restaurants, farmer's markets, shops, waterfalls, wineries, kite boarding, wind surfing, sailing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, and numerous other recreational adventures. Portland and its airport is a easy 45 minute drive. Enjoy the Columbia Gorge Interpretative Center, Maple Leaf Events, Blues and Bluegrass weekend festivals, Skamania County Fair, local parks, Beacon Rock State Park, Maryhill, White Salmon, and Hood River Wineries.

The property had a great location with a fantastic view of the Columbia river and mountains on the Oregon side. It was the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. The hosts were accessible and helpful and the Columbia river gorge is a fantastic place to get away. I highly recommend any couple staying here and give it a five star review!

Gorgeous views

We loved everything about our stay. The apartment was perfect. The bed so comfortable. And the backyard had our hearts. The peace we had when overlooking the gorge was amazing. I wanted to soak in that beauty and bring it with me. My husband and I would definitely recommend and stay here again if we make it back to the area. Thank you for the treats and we also enjoyed our free flight of beer! Couldn’t ask for better hosts.

Why they chose this property

We lived in downtown Stevenson until we bought this home on Stewart Road. Both had incredible river views and uniqueness. Our house on Stewart Road provides seclusion, more wildlife, and peacefulness. We loved both places.
