We love supporting local events and can share our local secrets if looking for something different, to enjoying local one day courses with local artists, birdwatching trips at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, or wine tasting at one of the many vineyards that are located in the 1066 area.

Fully equipped kitchen with a Krups/Nespresso coffee machine (some capsules provided), dishwasher , washing machine, gas hob and electric oven. Separate dining room with seating for 6. Cosy, warm lounge with ample seating for all the family. A single downstairs bedroom for those who struggle with stairs. Downstairs cloakroom WC. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one king size bedroom.
