The ground floor features a fabulous dual-aspect kitchen diner, fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, electric oven and hob, microwave and coffee machine. The large dining table seats eight and French doors open onto the enclosed garden, complete with outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining on sunny days. A fourth bedroom with twin beds and a handy downstairs cloakroom complete this level.

Upstairs on the first floor you will find a comfortable dual-aspect sitting room with two sofas, armchair, electric fire, flat screen TV and WiFi. French doors lead to a sunny south-facing balcony, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine. This floor also has the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, plus a family bathroom with bath, shower over and toilet.

The second floor offers two further bedrooms: one with bunk beds (three singles) and one twin room, plus a separate WC. The property benefits from off-road parking for two cars, a fully enclosed garden, fast fibre broadband, and all bed linen and towels are provided.
