Sit back and let the air conditioned beach shuttle take you to our beautiful Bonita Bay private beach park. Shuttle Pick up is at the entrance of Wild Pines. Chairs and umbrellas are available. PICKLE BALL- There are 8 awesome new courts (open May 2026) located at Riverwalk Park within BONITA BAY. Non BBPBC members and Guests/ renters are allowed to play during posted open play times, which are frequent and posted at the entrance to the courts.
Enjoy this beautiful, light and bright first floor corner unit with its's expansive, fully furnished wrap around lanai. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful views of nature as you both start and end your day on this lovely lanai!
This unit is available weekly, monthly, or seasonal.
The condo has all the comforts of home. You will enjoy the fully stocked, updated kitchen. The living/family room has a queen size pull out sofa, a kingsize master, and a 2 twin guest room. Dining tables in the condo or out on the lanai. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Linens, bath and beach towels are provided. There are televisions in all living areas, as well as internet access. There is central AC and multiple ceiling fans for your comfort.
Wild Pines has its own pool, spa, screened in club house with refrigerator, tables for eating or socializing, bathrooms, tennis courts reserved exclusively for Wild Pines guests and a grilling pavilion.
BONITA BAY is an amazing private gated community spanning over 24,000 acres. Enjoy 12 miles of biking paths, 3 private parks, kayaking, canoes, boardwalks, butterfly garden, trails, fishing from the pier and the BONITA BAY BEACH CLUB located on the Gulf of Mexico (FREE shuttle in season).
Also located in the Bonita Bay community is upscale shopping and restaurants in THE PROMENADE CENTER.
Bonita Springs is located midway between Naples and Ft Meyers, south of Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and north of Marco Island. A short drive away is Everglades National Park, Audubon's Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary and beach front State Parks( Barefoot Beach)

Room was spotless and very comfortable including all the extras like kitchen supplies, bathroom and laundry supplies, etc. Owners are very responsive with quick response on a question about guests. Bonita Bay is wonderful. We especially loved the new beach house and easy shuttle service. What a great visit!

Mark and Amy are very welcoming and attentive. I loved the area of Bonita Bay with all the beautiful landscaping.. We had our bikes and rode on all the lovely bike paths. Enjoyed kayaking and appreciated the private beach. They had all the amenities you could ever need. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place for a young family

Myself and my extended family have stayed in quite a few rentals in Bonita Bay over the years and this was BY FAR the best one! It was very spacious and very clean! Our extended family that were staying in other rentals last week were jealous when they came to check out our place. Everything was very up-to-date and top line. I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to book it every year for our yearly trip!

Florida Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. It is conveniently located to all restaurants and shopping. Naples Waterside Shops exquisite shopping is a few miles down the road. The condo was as perfect as it was the first time. The Wild Pines pool is clean and well maintained. The walking trails through Bonita Bay are beautiful. Great hosts and very responsive.

Best Vacation Rental We’ve Ever Had!!

This was by far the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever seen…my wife must’ve commented 15 times how spotless it was (and she’s a clean freak). Check-in was effortless, the amenities were just right and the neighborhood was perfect for us. Mark and Amy were great to communicate with and answered all questions virtually immediately, both before and during our rental period. I can’t recommend this property strongly enough. Honestly unless you’re staying at the Hyatt Regency down the road, you’re not going to find a better place to stay in the area and we hope we have the opportunity to rent from them again.

Girls Getaway

Check in was easy. The condo was spotless clean. It was nice that coffee, creamer and sugar was provided so we didn’t feel like we had to make a grocery run the first day we arrived. Went to dinner at DeRomo’s which is walking distance or a short drive from the condo. The pool is very conveniently located across the parking lot. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and the bath mats are so soft. Everyone in the building was so friendly, would stay again.

Super Clean, Well Stocked and Comfortable Condo!

We had a wonderful one week stay. We didn't need keys because of the electronic lock which was great for multiple people. The condo was really clean. Amy had all the amenities we needed including shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues, paper towels, and beach towels. We were right at home from the moment we walked in! The beds were comfortable and the evenings were quite. We enjoyed the use of the three bikes and we were able to swim in the heated pool. The van to the beach club was great! We did not want to leave. I hope we can come back to the area and if we do, we will stay here again.

We enjoy sunny skies, warm oceans, hiking, biking, camping, spending time with our family and friends, but mostly,,,, we LOVE spending time with our beloved grand babies!!

Why they chose this property

This unit is spacious, quiet, lots of sunlight, with a large wrap around lanai. The pool and clubhouse are just across the parking lot directly across from our building.
We have renovated and updated nearly everything in the condo, including all new appliances, and furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated.

What makes this property unique

The private Beach Club is truly exceptional. To have all the ameneties at your disposal for a perfect day at the beach is just priceless. A beautiful bath house, private parking or a Bonita Bay Shuttle, umbrellas, loungers, chairs, tables waiting for you. There are 2 pavillions with gas grills available for your use. There are some concession foods available, otherwise you can pack up your cooler and bring it along with you to the beach. FREE ice and water are available at the bath house consessions area .
