This is a really nice smaller home with everything you need to enjoy a vacation near the Grand Canyon. The outside patio area is really nice to view stars in a dark sky. Quiet and comfortable. Would a stay again.

I loved this property. The house was clean,roomy, and comfortable. Be aware that this is a very rural location. Also the rural neighborhood has no property codes. However I loved the fact that we had a full size house only 25 minutes away from the south rim entrance to Grand Canyon National Park.

Overall great stay. The glass coffee table was worrisome with kiddos but other furnishings were good. Kitchen was well equipped, as were the bathrooms. We enjoyed the stay.

We arrived in the dark and did not realize that it was a mobile home down an isolated dirt road. The property was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. One unusual thing about the property was at the master bathroom had a frosted glass door which allowed complete viewing of the occupants inside the bathroom.

Nice stay

Nice that the 2 bedrooms were set up on opposite ends of the house. Coffee was supplied, as well as a nice water dispenser. Good sized table off kitchen, and beds were comfortable. Great location about 25 minutes from entrance to Grand Canyon.

Great stay close to the Grand Canyon

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood with great access to the Grand Canyon. Only about 30 minutes to the south rim entrance so made travel very easy. House came with plenty of amenities for our stay. Overall great stay in a great location.
