We had a wonderful fall break week at our Tiny Home near the Grand Canyon. It was excellent access to both the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. The staff onsite, was amazing, he was there when we arrived to make sure all the equipment and fire alarms were functional and if we had any issues with the kitchen or locks. The home was wonderful and we had an amazing family vacation!

The property was much as we expected. There were several minor items that needed simple repairs, but did not impact our stay. The communications with the property owner were very good, maybe even the best of any VRBO that I have visited. We had an issue with the lock for access, but it was promptly resolved. Be sure that you understand that the property is in a trailer park and the immediate area is not fancy, but that was what we expected. We used the property as a base camp for visiting the Grand Canyon NP and it worked perfectly for that purpose. I would stay here again if we come back to visit the Grand Canyon again.
We needed a place close to the Grand Canyon and this proved to be in excellent proximity to it - only 30 mins away. The price was very reasonable with the property being very clean. The house is small but was very well equipped and warm. For four of us it was very comfortable. Just a heads up - the property sleeps 8 but would be very cramped. We would definitely stay there again.

Very good and usable. We enjoyed it because it was close to the grand canyon. We also cooked a bit so we didn't have to rely on restaurants. On the down side, it is not conveniently close to stores, and it is very much smaller than other rentals we got during our trip.
The tiny home was exactly as pictured. All the necessities such as cookware, shampoo/conditioner and coffee maker were provided. Beds were comfy (even the pullout couch). High ceilings made it feel It was surprisingly spacious. Staff was very attentive as well. We arrived late evening and couldn't get the lock to open. Turned out to be user error, but the property manager came right out to make sure we could get in and was very nice about it. Wonderful place to stay.
Perfect for our group of 6 for 2 nights. Small, obviously, but comfortable. The only thing i wish we could have had was outside chairs. I really wanted to watch the sky after dark but there was nowhere to sit. I dont know if theft is an issue there? Otherwise the place is very cute.
We booked the house for one night as a stop between Zion and Sedona to visit the Grand Canyon. The house and beds were clean, and everyone had a great night's rest after a long drive. Thank you.
