The place was clean and well air-conditioned. The sheets were nice and the home is efficiently laid out. We are a family of four and it fit our needs nicely. The hosts were responsive to texts.

Thanks for choosing your stay with us at Grand Canyon Tiny Home Rentals. We wish to host you/your loved once in the future.
Great stay, super cute and i credible night views of the sky and stars. Only complaint would be the lack of hot water for the shower but other than that most wonderful.
Great little place close to Tusayan and Grand Canyon. It’s far enough off the main road to feel like you are away from the busyness. Super clean, great communication /directions. Can’t wait to come back!
Very considerable option within close proximity to Grand Canyon
Homey feel at this tiny house. Very comfortable setting and only about 25 minutes to the Grand Canyon National Park south rim gate. Host was very communicative.

This tiny house was great. It was very clean and comfortable. It is only a 20-30 minute drive to Grand Canyon. Watch out for elk and deer along the way!!
I gave 4 star for neighborhood only because there is a lot of cars coming and going during the night.
Great, convenient and inexpensive place to stay 15-20 minutes from the Grand Canyon One item to be aware of is the two or three minute drive on gravel and dirt roads to get to the house, but we thought the slight inconvenience was worth the value and trade off in price. Slept 4 adults and a teenager comfortably and well
We stayed here with our family of 6 for two nights and it was the perfect size. It is quiet, everything is well-maintained and it is a great place to crash after spending the day at the Grand Canyon. It is rural and high efficient, so be aware it has internet, but it was sometimes better to just use our cell phone service and the water pressure is low in the sinks (the shower was okay). The property managers were great and very clear in their instructions and communication was never a problem.
Close to Grand Canyon National Park. Very clean. Heating system is very loud and goes off at time during the night. Minor maintenance issues: the bathroom door coming off track and bathroom faucet had no handle. Also, no hooks for towels, bags, coats, etx
Charming tiny cabin, perfectly situated near the South Rim entrance of the Grand Canyon and well worth the cost for its convenience. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. However, there were a few drawbacks: the mile-long gravel road leading to the property, low water pressure, and a strict check-in policy. After a nearly 12-hour drive, my family and I arrived about an hour early and requested an early check-in well in advance. Unfortunately, we were informed that the door lock code would only activate from 3 PM on check-in day until 10 AM on check-out day, leaving no flexibility.
