Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Due to bylaws and permit restrictions, the house and property are solely intended for registered guests.  THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AT ANY GIVEN TIME, CANNOT EXCEED 6 PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY, AND/OR INSIDE THE HOUSE.  PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

As the house is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet time is 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of the neighbors.

We arrived after a long flight from the mainland to find the property even nicer than in the photos! The home is spacious and clean, and the pool is amazing! We usually go to the beach every day while on Maui, but spent many of our days poolside. There is a large covered deck with comfy furniture - perfect for reading out catching up on some work. The kitchen is well-equipped and it was easy to prepare meals for my family. We love the Maui Meadows neighborhood, and this property does not disappoint.

We loved the house. It was amazing to have our own pool to relax by after a day of adventures in Maui! We spent every morning on the lanai drinking coffee and a lot of time in the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked, and everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was so close to everything in Kihei. Two bathroom situation was a little challenging with six people, but we made it work. The convenience of having laundry onsite was so helpful, and there’s an outdoor shower to remove the sand after beach days. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Awesome rental great for family with kids

We had a wonderful vacation loved this The house had everything you need, even sand toys for my two young children. We spent a lot of time in the pool all the time. The interior is a lot nicer then it looks on the pictures.

Tonya and Matt were super responsive and great. Met us for a walk through upon our arrival and went over the need to know items. Everything was clean and nice. There was plenty of room for 3 couples. Loved being able to make meals here and do our laundry. Super happy to find a couple small coolers, beach chairs and a beach umbrella for our use. We loved having coffee and cocktails on the patio and catching the sunsets. Surprisingly we spent more time in the hot tub then the pool but both were lovely. There are bugs and birds everywhere outside but nothing that shouldn't be expected in a tropical climate. We would highly recommend this home for a rental!

Pictures don't do this place justice. The backyard is a peaceful oasis, and yet only a few minutes drive to the beach. Had everything we needed for a great week in Hawaii!

Personal Resort with this property!

My family of 6 spent the past 6 nights in this beautiful house. It had more than enough room & was even better than what the pictures show. It was very clean & had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub & just relaxing in the back yard & on the deck. I will definitely try to book this on our next Maui vacation!

Dream vacation rental

This rental is an absolute dream. Great location in the south, close to all the stuff in Wailea and in Kihei. The place came equipped with anything you could need. The pool was amazing.
