Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Due to bylaws and permit restrictions, the house and property are solely intended for registered guests.  THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AT ANY GIVEN TIME, CANNOT EXCEED 6 PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY, AND/OR INSIDE THE HOUSE.  PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

As the house is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet time is 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of the neighbors.

This property was exceptional! The interior was so clean warm and welcoming. The pool was amazing, my 16 year-old and 14-year-old sons would’ve stayed in the pool day and night if we would’ve let them. I would very highly recommend this home.

I can’t say enough great things about this property! From start to finish the experience and interactions were seamless, but the home itself was fantastic! The home was clean and very well equipped - it was so easy to settle in for the week! The outdoor space was amazing and perfect to get plenty of Maui sun and relax in our own oasis. The house was located in the perfect spot on the island and close to the shops, restaurants and the beach! We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend!

We had such an amazing stay at this Maui property! The house was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and even better than we expected. Everything felt well cared for, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing vacation.The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts. The pool was fantastic and the whole property had such a peaceful, tropical atmosphere—it really felt like our own little Maui escape. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring the island, and we loved being able to relax, swim, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.The location and environment were wonderful, the home had everything we needed, and you can tell the owners take great pride in the property. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, relaxing place to stay in Maui. Five stars all around!

The property was just as describe. It was well maintained. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The tv was not user friendly for my mom and dad who are older. Overall I would recommend this house to everyone and will stay again when I come back to Maui.

We greatly enjoyed the house as well as the amenities. The backyard is beautiful. We took full advantage of the deck, pool, and hot tub. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that we couldn’t get the living room TV to work well. We couldn’t use Netflix but couldn’t watch live sporting events. We did have another TV in the master bedroom that worked well.

Amazing place to stay at

This place was truly an oasis. My kids loved the pool and the privacy. The house is in a very centralized location and super close to the beach. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this place.
