Located in the historic centre of Roquebrun, we’d love to welcome you for a stay in our six-person apartment with stunning views of the Orb River.

In this old village house, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the river and the surrounding area from every room.
The ideal location to fully enjoy the French way of life.

Upon entering the property from Rue Place Vieille, you’ll step into the living room with its antique tile floor and French doors opening onto a balcony. The adjacent, very well-equipped kitchen opens onto the balcony, which seats 6 people for dinner or a BBQ. The kitchen features a large dining table that seats 6 people in case the weather doesn’t permit dining on the balcony. The balcony has a large electric awning to provide shelter from the sun or rain—usually the sun!

There are two bedrooms with double beds on the next floor, one of which has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a second bathroom on this floor with a tub, shower, toilet, and washing machine.

On the top floor, there are two rooms. One has two twin beds, and the other is furnished as an office space that opens onto the indoor balcony with panoramic views of the river, the small beach, and the vineyards. There’s a hammock and a rocking chair, making it a great place to relax.

The bakery, café/bar, supermarket, tobacco shop, and post office are all within a 3-minute walk. The beach and the canoe centre are a 5-minute walk away on the other side of the bridge.

Prices include: - water and electricity usage up to 200 kWh; electricity costs above 200 kWh at €0.20/kWh
