If you are looking for the quintessential 'Up North' experience, you have found it. Perched on top of a gradual hill overlooking Suttons Bay, our cottage sits on 5 wooded acres. While relaxing on our 212' feet of private shoreline you will feel like the Bay is yours alone. You can enjoy panoramic views of Old Mission Peninsula and Stony Point, and take in the natural beauty of Northern Michigan in complete privacy.
At roughly 1,400 square feet our cottage is large enough for as many as 8 people, but cozy enough for one couple. This cozy cottage has original oak floors (refinished in 2024), knotty pine walls throughout, and a wonderful sunroom. A floor-to-ceiling wood burning fireplace is a great way to top off the evening and enjoy the cottage's atmosphere. Also be witness to a rich variety of wildlife, including a family of swans, loons, ducks, and even the occasional bald eagle.
Enjoy our outdoor amenities, including three sea kayaks; a rowboat; and a professionally installed mooring anchor for your boat. A swimmer friendly dock, large sandy beach, bay-side fire pit, and horseshoe pit, round off the front yard features.
This charming original log cabin restores the nostalgia of your Up North memories. It is truly your home away from home.
