Welcome to our Kate Sessions Private Entry Master Bedroom Suite. Our goal is to set up the space as a luxury hotel room for short to medium stay guests. 400+ sqft room includes refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, blow dryer, and iron. Workspace available with desk for remote workers. Bathroom amenities includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of closet space. WiFi and YouTubeTV set up at no charge. Beach towels, chair, and access to two beach cruiser bikes also available upon request.

Keyless code entry. Parking always available on street, as it ends in a cul de sac with no thru traffic. 50 yards to the right is a "secret" entrance to Kate Sessions Park. If you aren't familiar with Kate Sessions, this park is one of the hidden gems for SD locals. 139 acre park with views of downtown, Coronado, and Pacific Ocean. You are only one mile from the beach, restaurants and bars (borrow our bikes), or a quick Uber ride to La Jolla and downtown.

Our space has been highly rated by guests looking for either weekend getaways or long term stays. Many guests have stayed with us for 1-2 months, and we provide biweekly exchange service with clean towels and linens. Our 5 star reviews are reflected on another STR website, and we are now listing here as well. Please reach out if you have any questions. Great location!

Had a great stay at Charlie's. He was quick to respond and accommodating to our requests. Place was clean and well stocked, and located in a very convenient location. We could hear footsteps/noise from upstairs but it didn't bother us.

5 Stars - Wonderful Stay!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Vrbo! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed and in a great neighborhood. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay super comfortable. On top of that, the host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I can't stress enough how this location is so exceptional! Its so quiet and peaceful. Kate Sessions Park is just such an amazing place to enjoy the fresh air and views of San Diego. Yet, when you want to go to beach or enjoy dinner, you are easily anywhere in a few minutes bike or car ride.

What makes this property unique

We offer our beach cruisers to any guests upon request. When we aren't working, taking the bikes down to the beach and "people watching" is one of our favorite activities!
