Beautiful Coach House

A refurbished 1911 original Coach House, featuring original characteristics with a fresh modern feel.
It comprises two double bedrooms with two shower rooms, a living and dining area with a 43" flat screen smart HTV. A kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven hob, and dishwasher.
Amenities in bedrooms include anti allergy bedding, blankets, two sets of pillows to suit different sleeping preferences, desks with USB points and lamps.
The living area has two 2 seater sofa's a dining table for 4, books and games.
In the bathrooms you will have all towels, and toiletries.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and utensils plus more.
Outside there is a little terrace or patio area with a table and chairs for 4.
Free parking and free exclusive hi speed Wifi throughout.

This property is only 1.2 miles for Gloucester City and the Historic Docks. The city is shrouded in history dating back to the Romans and the Quays offers lots of places to eat, a designer outlet, markets, antiques, canal boat trips and a cinema.
The famous Gloucester Cathedral is also within that same radius as are many schools, Kingsholm Rugby Stadium and of course the Hospital is only 10 minutes walk away.
Gloucester has Swings scooters to hire, buses are very regular and we can organise taxis for any major events such as the Cheltenham festival. Cheltenham is about 15 minutes by car.
We have a couple of gyms within 10 minutes walk from here and there are lots of local shops and a couple of very popular restaurants on either end of the road as well as a pub.

Fantastic accommodation

Warm and friendly welcome from Shea and Peter. Lots of history and how it was renovated. Extremely clean and tidy with everything we needed during our stay. Great location with outside space and quiet.

This started as a little sideline venture to my training consultancy. My business 'wise me up Ltd' invested in renovating the now 'Beautiful Coach House' which is also listed with on line. I am a qualified interior designer and have spend years working with construction companies with my consultation business so I knew I could create a building which would offer everything in a small space, and preserve its 1911 historic integrity at the same time. The Coach House was complete and listed it in May 2017 with its first guest on 31st May after which we have been fortunate to host guests from all over the world and even one or two celebrities.
When lockdown forced us to work from home I came to a realisation that I no longer wanted to travel . I spent over 20 years living in different countries and missed my family, so I invested I the second property 'Beautiful Georgian Duplex'. Once again paying homage to its Georgina era I have done my best to create a home from home with all the luxuries of a hotel but the comforts and privacy of your own home. The Beautiful Coach House Company Ltd was at this point formed. I now look forward to being able to add to this portfolio.
