A quiet Edwardian house in the Cotswolds
Welcome to our family owned Edwardian era house situated in the historic town of Painswick. Situated just off the Cotswold Way national trail, it's the perfect pit-stop for keen walkers (or runners!). If sightseeing is more your thing, the famous 18th Century Rococo Garden is just a 5 minute walk.
Ideally located for easy travel to Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester all within a 20 min drive.
Renovated with hospitality in mind to give guests the perfect balance of modern amenities with a homely feel. Features include;

** Main bedroom upgraded to the Sandringham handmade mattress offering our guests the best sleep experience. Designed for luxury hotels, the Sandringham mattress brings five-star comfort, giving you the same restful, hotel-quality sleep every night.
** Pure French Linen in all bedrooms, woven from flax grown in Normandy. The long staple lengths of this quality linen create an incredibly soft, textured fabric that just gets better with age. Linen feels indulgently textured and soft against your skin with a deliciously rich drape. It feels beautifully cooling when you first lie between your sheets but also helps you feel extra cosy in the winter.

What makes this property unique
The unique benefits for staying with us? We're at the quieter edge of town, but at the top of the hill closer to the woodland walks and beautiful scenery. The town centre, pubs and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk from us, albeit a short walk down the hill.
You have a fully equipped house to yourself, a front and rear garden and off road parking with a tariffed 7kW EV charger and space for two medium sized vehicles - rarities for properties in the centre of Painswick town.
As hosts next door we are easily reachable, but not intrusive to our guests privacy. If there are any problems during your stay or if you simply want to know the best places to eat, walk, explore, just message us or pop round and say hello.
