Tuber’s Paradise Walk to Wurstfest

This 1868 renovated house is within walking distance to several local attractions, such as beautiful Historic Downtown New Braunfels, Wurstfest and tube rentals. Conveniently located near three River Outfitters, the Comal River is within a football field away. This house has a very laid-back and down home feel. It is fully furnished including stocked kitchen cabinets, washer & dryer, towels, etc.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the quaint front porch before starting your fun-filled day. This house has cable and internet for your enjoyment, along with games.
The stocked kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, crockpot, blender, utensils and more.
There is an attached laundry room that is supplied with detergent and folding counter.
The dining room is located between the kitchen and living room, which is great for entertaining.
The first bedroom has a queen sized pillow top mattress. There is a dresser and desk, along with an armoire for hanging your clothes. There is a full sized bed in the second bedroom, along with a dresser. Extra pillows and blankets are provided.
The bathroom, which includes a tub/shower combo, connects the two bedrooms. The bathroom includes towels, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Bring your BBQ to cook on the gas grill located near the back yard and picnic table. Propane provided!
Guest parking is located behind the cottage.
Exceptional value!
Railroad track located alongside the house is privately owned and only used occasionally during the day. This train has NO HORN! 2 parking spaces with permit.

This was the best property to stay at in New Braunfels! Next to Texas Tubes, minutes from Schlitterbahn and right near the downtown area. Clean, comfortable little house to stay in with plenty of space for the 4 of us. We loved our stay and will be back.

Local tourists

I stayed with friends in our town. We could not have chosen a better location or a cuter, more comfortable house. We were right downtown, in walking distance to great restaurants and the oodles of local bars. Walking to the plaza for morning coffee and danishes were a bonus. And I can’t forget the Comal river is a block away. Despite the river activities, the house was quiet and after dark very peaceful. I recommend highly.

Great Boutique VRBO

Boutique VRBO - this VRBO was cleaner then a normal big box hotel. I would highly recommend this house to stay in. Very clean, parking was great, easy to find. This house would be great if you a looking for a house close to all of the activities down town and tubbing.
