Tuber’s Paradise Walk to Wurstfest

This 1868 renovated house is within walking distance to several local attractions, such as beautiful Historic Downtown New Braunfels, Wurstfest and tube rentals. Conveniently located near three River Outfitters, the Comal River is within a football field away. This house has a very laid-back and down home feel. It is fully furnished including stocked kitchen cabinets, washer & dryer, towels, etc.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the quaint front porch before starting your fun-filled day. This house has cable and internet for your enjoyment, along with games.
The stocked kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, crockpot, blender, utensils and more.
There is an attached laundry room that is supplied with detergent and folding counter.
The dining room is located between the kitchen and living room, which is great for entertaining.
The first bedroom has a queen sized pillow top mattress. There is a dresser and desk, along with an armoire for hanging your clothes. There is a full sized bed in the second bedroom, along with a dresser. Extra pillows and blankets are provided.
The bathroom, which includes a tub/shower combo, connects the two bedrooms. The bathroom includes towels, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Bring your BBQ to cook on the gas grill located near the back yard and picnic table. Propane provided!
Guest parking is located behind the cottage.
Exceptional value!
Railroad track located alongside the house is privately owned and only used occasionally during the day. This train has NO HORN! 2 parking spaces with permit.
No pets allowed & Smoke free!

Our stay was fantastic. The location of this house is wonderful. We could walk to the river, next door to two tubing companies, close to golf course and downtown New Braunfels with all of its great eateries and shopping. The place was very clean and extremely comfortable. Loved relaxing on the front porch and the wildlife in the evening. We are already planning more trips and will be staying here again.

River House Rental

This was the best property to stay at in New Braunfels! Next to Texas Tubes, minutes from Schlitterbahn and right near the downtown area. Clean, comfortable little house to stay in with plenty of space for the 4 of us. We loved our stay and will be back.

Best place ever!!!!

Veronica was the best to work with; so so friendly. The home was wonderful, very clean, and fully stocked. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Wish we could have stayed longer. Loved sitting on the front porch for early morning coffee. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
