We started our Mountain vacation here in Colorado Springs. Our family of 8 adults were completely satisfied with all the homes amenities. The views from the deck were spectacular! The location allowed us to easily access Pikes Peak, garden of the gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings and the lovely Downtown Manitou Springs. Leaving many sights for our return visit!

We had a memorable family vacation at this beautiful home with a spectacular view of Colorado Springs from our favorite spot -- the deck. My sister-in-law is disabled and the first floor bedroom and bathroom were easily accessible for her. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

This is the best ever property we’ve ever stayed at, it has an amazing view of the city. It was very clean and exactly as advertised, well stocked with everything that you will need.Switches are labeled, kitchen cabinets are labeled, bathroom faucets are labeled. It has a faucet for drinking water next to the kitchen faucet. The host is very responsive. You won’t go wrong with this one!

What a great place to stay and the view is second to none!! Every thing about this property is as explained, depicted and worth every penny. The owner is super cooperative, readily accessible and informative. Our family of six could not have been happier with the total experience. This was the perfect house for our family’s Colorado Springs hiking adventures! The house is wonderful and as described, with comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen and a fantastic deck with views. We wouldn’t change a thing. It is also close to all the parks that we love for hiking, such as Mueller State Park, Pike National Forest and Cheyenne Mountain State Park. Tommy and Terry were excellent hosts; great communication and wonderful pre-trip information about the area. Thank you!

This was the perfect home for getting our family together. Texas, Seattle, Idaho and California. Six adults and three boys, ages 7, 5 and 3. They are busy kids and the home, even though well appointed was kid friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, spices, oils and staples. I’m a cook so generally when I travel I will bring two chefs knives and two paring knives. Not sure why I forgot but we made do. I know from experience that a nice set of kitchen knives tends to disappear. The fire table outside was a hit for telling the kids stories in the evening. Tommy was very easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. I would recommend this property for a family get together or to celebrate a special occasion.

Nice Location and Property

The house was easy to hang out in, we used the grill and the outside fireplace. The view of downtown is amazing and it was fun to be away from the busyness of downtown.
