The Woodburn Bungalows-Four bedroom

The Woodburn Bungalows is a turn of the century, renovated home and has everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and 2 dogs comfortably. (No cats, please.) Please note, the yard is not fenced in but there is a dog run behind the home.

This 4-bedroom, 1 bathroom home was built in 1924 and is called a "story-and-a-half", which means is that each bedroom is on a different level. The main level features the kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bathroom. *Please note: the bathroom includes a deep soaking tub and a shower. For some with mobility or balance issues, the soaking tub will be a challenge. There are 2 steps leading into the tub that are lined with non-slip liners. The bathtub also has nonslip mats. *
The gourmet kitchen has a pot filler faucet next to a six-burner gas stove. It also includes new stainless-steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the utensils, cookware, and spices you need for a home-cooked meal. The remodeled bathroom has a deep soaking tub.

Each bedroom has its own level. Two bedrooms have a short flight of stairs going up from the main level and two bedrooms have a short flight of stairs going down from the main level. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The garden-level queen room has French doors opening to the patio. *Please note: Those with mobility, balance, knee/joint issues-there are no bedrooms on the main floor. You will need to use stairs access each room. *

Downstairs is a spacious utility room with a new, front-loading washer and dryer. The owner supplies laundry soap, fabric sheets, an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

This home is the perfect getaway for family and friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial. Whether you want to stay for 3 nights or 30, we would love to have you! For stays longer than 30 nights, please inquire! Book for 7 nights and receive a 15% discount!
