Villa NAUTILUS by Abahana Villas

BEAUTIFUL MODERN VILLA IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 8 guests.

LAYOUT: The villa Nautilus is distributed over two floors offering comfort and spaciousness to the guests. The main entrance gives access to a large and bright space formed by the living room, dining room and kitchenette giving access to the main terrace. The living room has a very comfortable sofa that can accommodate several guests. In this same space there is a coffee table and a television. The dining table seats all the guests of the villa. The open plan kitchen has all the necessary appliances to prepare fantastic meals for our friends or family. On the same floor there are two double bedrooms at our disposal. Between the two bedrooms there is a bathroom with an Italian shower. You will find a well a courtesy toilet at this level. An internal staircase leads to the lower floor which consists of two double bedrooms with a double bed each. On this floor there is a second bathroom with an Italian shower at our disposal.

EXTERIOR: The villa Nautilus has several terraces located on different levels. The first terrace is located on the upper floor, next to the lounge and has an awning just above it. You will find there an outdoor dining table, sun loungers to relax and a chill out area where you can have a drink with your family or friends during your stay. Right on the lower terrace is the swimming pool surrounded by sun beds to enjoy an excellent swim and the sun of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa has enough space to park several vehicles.

SITUATION: The villa is located in a quiet residential area close to the town of Calpe to enjoy its restaurants, bars and many activities. Only a few minutes from the beach of La Fustera.
