The dining area is also located in this space, with a table that comfortably seats up to eight people. The fully equipped American-style kitchen is connected to the living and dining area. A full bathroom is also located in this part of the house.

Inside the property we can find the bedrooms and the rest of the bathrooms, offering more privacy and well-being to the guests.
Two of the bedrooms have 150cm beds and built-in wardrobes with enough space for two people. The master bedroom has a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom.
The next bedroom has two 90cm beds as well as a built-in wardrobe with enough space for two people.
There are also two full bathrooms in this area for the rest of the rooms.

-Check-in after 11:00 pm costs 50 euros.
Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you only need to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
-If there are eight people, and they still wish to use the sofa bed, there is an additional cost.
